I have tried downloading the proper display driver for my Inspiron 1545 laptop computer, and there are still problems: a) the driver isn't listing in a dxdiag check, and b) the issues that I had before haven't completely resolved themselves. What is the: a) correct driver, b) will it list, and c) finally resolve other issues? I tried dealing with one tech this way, and I still haven't heard back recently on a couple of messages left so customer service is currently poor too.
